01Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not permitted on Teosmart's Service. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to anyone accessing the Service — visitors, account holders and authorised partners.
02Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order or third-party right.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, worms, ransomware or any other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, related systems, other accounts, or any data not intended for you.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including denial-of-service attacks and excessive automated requests.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Service or its credits.
- Use the Service to generate, host or distribute content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, infringing or harmful to minors.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation or the source of any communication.
03Credit and promo abuse
Credits and promo codes are issued for personal or organisational use by their holder. Creating multiple accounts to stack welcome bonuses, sharing single-use codes publicly, or attempting to redeem credits outside of their stated conditions is treated as fraud and may result in the relevant credits being voided and the accounts suspended.
04Automated access
Automated access — including crawlers, scrapers and headless browsers — is permitted only for well-behaved, identifiable bots that respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits, and that do not authenticate as a user. API access, when offered, will be subject to its own terms and rate limits.
05Reporting abuse
If you observe a violation of this AUP, report it to [email protected] with as much detail as possible — URLs, timestamps, screenshots, headers. Security vulnerabilities should be reported to [email protected]; we acknowledge reports within two business days and do not pursue good-faith research conducted in line with our responsible-disclosure expectations.
06Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, throttling, suspension or termination of your account, refusal of future orders, voiding of unspent credits obtained in breach, and — where appropriate — notification of law enforcement. We reserve all other rights and remedies available under contract and law.
