Terms of Service

The following terms govern your use of Teosmart — our account system, the credit model that powers it, and the orders we fulfil from the atelier.

Last updated · 15 June 2026

01Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Teosmart sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (KRS 0000123456, NIP 5252000000, "Teosmart"). By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

03Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

04Credits and pricing

Teosmart operates a credit-based model. One credit costs €0.10 EUR. Other currencies (USD, GBP, PLN) are converted at the indicative rate displayed at checkout; the binding amount is the amount we receive in EUR after currency conversion by the issuing bank.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged outside the Service. Credits do not expire while your account remains active. Bonus credits awarded with bulk purchases are also non-transferable.

05Payment

The currently available payment method is bank transfer. Once you place an order we email the bank details to the address on file. Credits unlock as soon as the funds are credited to our account, typically within one business day.

Card, PayPal and Stripe-hosted checkout are listed for visibility and will become available in a later release. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

06Orders and delivery

Furniture orders placed through the Service are quoted individually and confirmed by our atelier in writing. Lead times, freight terms and delivery responsibilities are set out in each order confirmation and prevail over any generic timing references on the website.

07Intellectual property

The Service, including its design language, typography choices, photography, product names and source code, is owned by Teosmart or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Limited use of product photography for press and editorial coverage is permitted with attribution.

08Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teosmart's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (i) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (ii) one hundred euros (€100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

10Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or where required by law. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. The District Court of Warsaw has exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

12Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
